Introduction
National Physical Plan (NPP) is a written statement formulating strategic policies for determining the direction of the physical development and conservation of Peninsular Malaysia. National Physical Plan was approved by the National Physical Planning Council on 26 April 2005.

This approval means that the National Physical Plan must now guide the physical planning and implemented at the federal and state governments in Peninsular Malaysia, and so on:

Policies of the National Physical Plan should be coordinated with other sectoral policies related.
ÂÂÂ
The recommendations of the National Physical Plan should be detailed in the Structure Plan and Local Plan forms the basis for the development of all countries, and
ÂÂÂ
The recommendations of the National Physical Plan should guide the federal and state agencies in the development of programs and projects Malaysia Five Year Plan.
